One of the best ways to learn is by doing. That is why I believe our assignment this past week was a great learning opportunity on group and teamwork. Our class was divided up into four groups and we had to coordinate as a group to answer and create responses to the questions provided. There's not a better way to learn about creating a cohesive group than to do it.

Just like with any team, we had to find ways to communicate and delegate tasks. Even when there were a couple hurdles that needed tackled, we were able to coordinate quickly to overcome them. This experience was a great substitute to a real-world experience and would have been even more beneficial if it would've lasted longer than one week. Overall, even though our group was only working together for one week, it did give a great start point as to how to go about forming a new group.
