Greetings! This marks the first post during my last course in the organizational leadership program at Trine University! In short six weeks from now my journey through this program will be completed, and I will officially be the holder of a master’s degree in organizational leadership.

If you have been with me through my journey, you may recall a post early on with my leadership concept map and leadership plan. This week I revisited and revised my leadership plan that carried me through the graduate program. I do plan to stick to the core parts of my leadership plan; however, I need to consider how I can further show my growth as a leader and continued understanding of leadership with revised goals once finished with this program.
The Revised Leadership Goals:
Continue to review resources to stay current leadership trends and research.
Creating a similar blog where I provide at least two substantial posts a month, either written or using other media, to guide and inform others. While currently the proposed topics are to be centered around leadership, this does not mean I would be limited to only writing about leadership and could modify content as needed.
Continue to live my life as ethically as possible both personally and professionally to be a positive influence on those around me.
This newly revised leadership plan is the same as the original with modifications to allow for growth and development beyond the MSOL program.
